THE SPACE:
Living Room:
A cozy oasis where you can unwind and play cards by the wood-burning fire, snuggle up on the comfy leather couch, or gather around the dining table.
Kitchen:
Our fully-equipped kitchen comes complete with all the modern amenities you need to whip up a delicious meal. And if you don’t feel like cooking, you can walk to the village market and shops!
– Le Creuset cookware and stainless steel
-Chemex, french press, standard coffee pot
Please Note: We have an induction cooktop which is really amazing new technology. However, it takes some getting used to. It cooks VERY fast. So always start with a low temperature.
Main Level Bedroom: Queen bed with high-end linens giving the space a cozy and intimate feel. The bed fills most of the room and guests may find it easiest to exit from the foot of the bed.
Loft Bedroom: The queen bed is nestled under arched ceilings, with windows that let in plenty of natural light. The only catch? There is a low spot on the hybrid stair/ladder combo as you first come up, so watch your head!
Bathroom: A walk-in shower with natural and eco-friendly products and fluffy towels.
THE DETAILS:
OUTDOOR SPACE: Enjoy the ocean breeze on our large wrap around deck, perfect for dining, grilling on the Weber or sipping your favorite beverage. Then head down the stairs to the covered patio to relax in a swinging chair or soak in the HOT TUB. You will also find a solo stove fire pit for your use.
WASHER AND DRYER: We did it! It was a struggle to make our dream of having a full-size washer and dryer available, but we found a spot in the lower shed in our covered area below the house.
DOG-FRIENDLY: We welcome your furry friends (dogs only/ max 2), but please note that we’re not fenced. $50 flat fee for your stay. We keep a black mesh barrier in the dog bin that you can hook onto the front stairs to keep your dogs on the deck.
READING NOOK: Up in the loft is a corner with a leather chair and a pouf to relax with a good book and a cup of tea in this private little area.
THINGS TO CONSIDER:
The architectural features of this unique home add to the character of the space, making it a perfect getaway for those who appreciate the charm of vintage design and the practicality of modern and high-end amenities. However, before booking, please consider :
— This is a 580 sq ft tiny home, spaces are small and storage is limited.
-The hybrid stair/ladder leading to the loft/2nd bedroom may not be suitable for everyone.
– There are low beams going up into the loft where you will need to watch your head.
– We do not have child friendly amenities. Young children would need to be watched carefully for safety.
– Our max occupancy is 4 guests but please keep in mind 4 adults is VERY crowded with little room for luggage. Ideally this space is suited for 2 adults or 2 adults with 1-2 small kids.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
-PARKING- 2 cars max please. Space in front of the house to park.
-EXTRA GUESTS-
Our house will accommodate a max of 4 guests which includes children/infants.
-CLEANING-
It’s important for us to maintain exceptional cleaning standards. 100% plus of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests.
– By renting you are agreeing to all hot tub safety rules and risks.
Sound good? Great! We look forward to hosting you soon!

“Absolutely loved this cabin! Highly recommend. Truly just steps away from the ocean and the gorgeous Proposal Rock. The cabin is just so nicely decorated with many amenities and thoughtful touches. The kitchen appliances, cookware, etc. are so fabulous! Really loved cooking there, enjoying the fire, having happy hour on the deck, taking a stroll on the beach and in the neighborhood. All so fun and peaceful! Sarah is super kind and responsive. Will definitely come back!”
“Well styled and excellent location near the edge of Neskowin and only a short walk to the beach. We loved the large windows providing natural light and the wrap around porch! The outdoor area is larger than most and offers a substantial backyard, fire pit and hot tub. Although we didnu2019t get to use some outdoor amenities we hope to in future visits. The high end kitchen appliances made cooking in a tight space enjoyable and quick. Please read the accurate description of the space before booking as it outlines some areas within the home that may not be accessible for all. Lack of storage may make it difficult for 4 or people who pack heavy. Perfect for us 2 during our visit and would recommend to others!”
“Sarahu2019s place has a lovely treehouse feel, with lots of light and feeling of connection to the trees outside. Itu2019s very well appointed, has comfy beds, a kitchen one can actually enjoy cooking in, and a sparkling clean hot tub. The beach is accessed easily, and the little Neskowin neighborhood is very whimsical . Easy drives to both Pacific City and Lincoln City expanded our adventure and hiking options. Sarah is an amazing host and communicator. Definitely recommend this charming place to stay.”
